A cloud-based, AI-native CRM focused on follow-ups. Free and paid plans available. We keep it simple — you should expect the same from these terms.
3. Your Account
Give us accurate info when signing up. Keep your credentials safe. Your account, your responsibility.
4. Don't Be Shady
No spam. No illegal activity. No abusing the platform. Use AHA to sell — not to cause problems.
5. Your Data = Yours
Everything you put into AHA belongs to you. We don't claim rights over your content. Ever.
6. Uptime
We aim for 99.9% uptime. We're not perfect — maintenance happens. We'll give you notice when possible.
7. Payments
Paid plans bill on the cycle you choose. Prices can change — you'll get 30 days notice before they do.
8. Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Your account, your choice. We can also suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Liability
AHA is provided "as is." We do our best, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Standard stuff.
10. Logo & Name Usage
By using AHA, you're cool with us mentioning your company as a customer — website, marketing, that kind of thing. Want out? Email [email] and we'll remove it within 7 business days.
11. Emails From Us
You'll get occasional emails — product updates, tips, offers. Unsubscribe anytime. No hard feelings.
12. Changes
We can update these terms anytime. Keep using AHA after changes = you accept them. Check back occasionally.
